These terms cover the use of this website and the work we carry out. They are here to set expectations on both sides, not to catch anyone out.

Quotes and estimates

Quotes given over the phone, by message or through this website are based on the information you give us. If the vehicle turns out to need more work than described, we will contact you with a revised price before carrying on. Nothing extra is carried out without your agreement.

Where a fault has to be investigated before it can be priced, we will agree the cost of that investigation with you first.

Parts

We fit OE or quality equivalent parts as standard. Parts carry the warranty offered by their manufacturer. Where you supply your own parts, we cannot warranty those parts or any consequential failure caused by them.

Work carried out

Our labour is guaranteed. If something is not right after a repair, contact us and bring the vehicle back so we can look at it. Guarantees do not cover normal wear, damage caused after the repair, or faults arising from work carried out elsewhere.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless something different has been agreed in writing beforehand. Vehicles remain our property to hold until the invoice is settled.

Vehicles left with us

Please remove valuables before leaving a vehicle with us. We take reasonable care of every vehicle in our custody but cannot accept responsibility for personal items left inside.

Recovery

Recovery prices depend on the location, the vehicle and its condition. The price will be agreed with you before we set off. Access, ground conditions and whether the vehicle rolls and steers all affect what is possible.

This website

We keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but it is general guidance rather than a diagnosis. Nothing on this website should be treated as advice about your specific vehicle without us seeing it.
